Ripp Constructions was built on a lifelong appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
Founder Jess Rippingale (Ripp) grew up surrounded by the building industry, with both his father and grandfather owning building companies. From an early age, he saw the pride they took in their work, the skill involved in creating something properly, and the importance of delivering a finished product that would stand the test of time.
That early exposure shaped the way Jess approaches every project today. He has always believed that if something is worth building, it is worth building properly.
Ripp Constructions was born from a desire to create a building company with complete control over quality, communication and the finished result. Jess wanted to build a business where no detail was overlooked, no project was rushed however always delivered on time, and every client could feel confident that their build was being treated with the same level of care as if it were his own.
For Jess and the team, quality is not just about the final finish. It is about the entire process. It is the way a site is managed, the calibre of trades involved, the way problems are solved, and the final five percent that many people overlook. We believe every detail matters, because those details are what separate a good project from a truly great one.
