This phase results in preliminary sketches and floor plans that bring your dream home into focus.

This is your final opportunity to review the design, specifications, and pricing before we proceed to contract. We encourage open communication, making any last refinements necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction before construction begins.
Once everything is approved, we formalise our agreement with a building contract.
This document outlines the scope of work, construction timeline, payment schedule, and warranty details. With the contract signed, we’re ready to bring your dream home to life!
